Living and working in the Garden Route has allowed Tracey to explore the many opportunities that this area presents which has kept her in touch with her community, professionally and socially, which has helped her to stay ahead of the challenges many clients face when building in the Garden Route.

She has sat on the Pezula Private Estate Architectural Review Committee since 2005 and has been Chairman of this committee since 2011. She has also been a member of the Knysna Quays Design Review Committee since 2011. She has also been a member of the Knysna Municipality’s Aesthetics Committee and is currently a member of the Architectural Forum of Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.
This has afforded her the opportunity of attending and chairing various meetings for the Forum with representatives of the Knysna Municipality.

Tracey’s generation and application of insights and opportunities presented throughout the history of the practice has ensured its continued success throughout the economic difficulties experienced over the last few years.
